Re: Oil Pressure signal filter value S40
I have not tested it while connected to the ecu but the value is not saved in the file with the 82.15 i have downloaded the latest version on another pc and the value is correctly saved i will give it a go once possible but can you give me an idea on the impact of a filter value of 20 instead of 5 w...

Oil Pressure signal filter value S40
Hi All, does anyone here has already used the filter value for Oil Pressure signal ? I want to use it because for lets say approximately 100 ms on high braking i have an oil pressure alert on the dash and there is no way on these stupid AIM MXS strada dash to say trigger an alarm after for example 5...

Re: S40 Driving Electric Water Pump using AUX2 PWM
in fact even running the pump at 10% while the car is Rolling with lets say 5°C outside air temp the coolant temp will barely reach 55°C. I think the radiator and the pump are too big for the engine. by putting a plate in front of one quarter of the radiator the coolant temperature is running betwee...

Re: S40 Driving Electric Water Pump using AUX2 PWM
We were running the pump using a simple relay activated by the ECU once the engine was running (using AUX6) but the temp would only reach 60°C. To be able to run the car in our home event (Rally) we have cuted the pump if the temp wents below 70°C but we all know it is not good for the engine so now...

S40 Driving Electric Water Pump using AUX2 PWM
Hi All, I need some help can you confirm I am right ? I want to drive my Davies Craig EWP115 using DTA S40 AUX2 PWM output connected to an HELLA Solid State Relay (4RA 007 865-031) to drive the Pump Speed according to coolant temp. Some guys seems to run the PWM at 100Hz to drive these pumps. is the...

Re: Beta Software
Hello Alex Maybe a suggestion for the software: With the old software, and i see with the new one as well, u have to select multiple cells to be able to use F5. It would be nice if you can alter one cell to, without the need to select multiple cells. Also now we have to click at change by percent, ...

Re: Arduino CAN Colour Dash Display
Hi Tim yes I would be interested by your sketch.
I have made a dashboard for another ECU with a weighing indicator of my company.
but it is only black and White so it would be nice to have a look at your sketch to see how you drive those inteligent displays.
thanks

Re: Flatshift switch
If you do not want to mess with the load cell the simple is to go for a solution like the microswitch but if you want something more reliable you can look at inductive sensors most french gearbox manufacturer like SADEV or 3MO which have been using switches for years are now using them I know 3MO or...
