Thanks Steve, my issue is that at the alternator the voltage fluctuates rapidly between 14.29 to 14.21, however the DTA reads 14.1 to 14.8 (fluctuating rapidly).
I'm having idle problems and was thinking that the injectors are not giving steady flow.

Re: Loom building tips and tricks?
Hi guy's I have sent a message to Alex at DTA regarding the sensor wires but he is having a well deserved rest. So I thought I would post this question on the forum to see what you guy's think. I made my loom 10 years ago. I followed the wiring diagram, that is I run one 5v red wire from pin #9 and ...

Re: DYNO BOX FOR SALE
Motorpower sorry for the delayed response. I was under the impression that any forum response would be sent directly to my email server. Not so. For now on I will diligently check mail through the forum. So if the dyno box is still for sale please email me some pics at roscoc@sympatico.ca Thanks Ross

Re: Idle valve control
So I tested it and I'm getting a "click" on and a "click" off. No buzzing. Is this normal? Wiring all good. Going to go over all my settings again, I have probably missed something. Ross

Re: Idle valve control
Hi thanks for the response. So I'm assuming that this indeed is a PWM valve as DTA doesn't work steppers as Alex had informed me. So the the cold start is really rough. I have to keep giving it throttle to keep it running. I cracked the throttle plate a small amount to help, but barely idles off thr...

Re: Idle valve control
Wondering guys, I'm having problems getting my IAC to operate on my s60. This is the valve I have installed. Some description refer to it as a stepper but most call it a PWM. It is a Ford Focus 2000 - 2004, two wire plug. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Ross.

Re: not transferred succesfully, please train again
Hi just joined up, I'm having the same issue with "map not transferred successfully". So what I can tell you so far is I bought an S60 back in 04 v32. Also at the time I purchased a usb to serial cable. My laptop was a hp with xp os. All worked just peachy. At one point I had an issue with...
