Mine being the 2 wire and only a cheap multi meter so a new sensor will give the answer either way I hope

Fine is approximately 0.5mm no more.
I have disconnected all other sensors to do the oscilloscope test and is still the same as in the first pic I posted!

Have checked the sensor to flywheel gap and that checks out fine,so really at a loss as to what to do next!?

Thanks for the reply Jon. I am using the sensor with built in cable which is fine. I have re-terminated the dta plug completely ensuring the shielding on the crank sensor wires goes to sensor earth ecu end. So it’s looking like a gap issue as you have suggested. Thanks Alex I think I am using the f7r sensor but will double check. I might be using an f7p bell housing so maybe this is very slightly different??
Good to know ecu not bad as bought it secondhand 4yrs ago and this is first time using it!

So after doing some digging my flywheel is from an f4r so 60-1 with double tooth.
