No errors came up on the diagnostics page and all sensors looked normal.
Turned the flat shift off and the miss fire has disappeared!

Re: Miss fire
After the build the car was mapped by a professional. Car has competed in 9 or 10 events with no issues and then this miss fire appeared on the last event. All the mixtures are correct and timing is correct. Nothing changed before this event. Only thing different is, this was the wettest event the c...

Miss fire
Hi All, I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to ECU's. I'm running a pinto engine with Jenvey throttle bodies and a dta S40. At low rev's (1500 to 2500 rpm) when I apply load to it, a slight miss fire comes into it. If I go up another gear it will clear. If I try and take off going up a hill in 1st g...

Hi All,
I have noticed there is a new version of the X dash available recently.

I'm thinking of having 5 buttons on the steering wheel. 1) Start button 2) Heated screen L 3) Heated s...

Flat shifting
Hi All, I'm new to this forum. I have a S40 ecu in a mk2 escort running 300bhp and a quaife 60g gearbox. I put the flat shift working in this after a lot of trouble with changing the gear potentiometer and the displace and also running into problems with the engine stalling while I was going down th...
