The angle is tight, but if it works smoothly, it's probably ok.
When at the Prodrive tour, there was a RHD WRC car there....you should see how they managed that one !!! Their internal linkage was much tighter than that. The steering wheel was on the right side, but it was still a LHD rack etc.

Given the big power target....and largely drag use, would a larger plenum not be better ? and it would also make for slightly shorter runners.

Re: 65 beetle turbo
Maybe it's bigger than it looks. Everything there looks huge ! lol
Re: 65 beetle turbo
It is big the runners are 57mm dia and all the pipe work from the turbos is 76mm
Bit more, I may get this car done if I keep going lol
Fitted the tanks, I've fitted the battery and dry sump to the left of the car to try and help corner weights as I'm 100kg so I've got a bit to make up on that side lol
Steering all connected and is very smooth and tight
Not much lock but its not a fork truck
And I've changed my mind again most of the electronics is moving to the front so the wife will be pleased I'm going to remake the harness to go to the rear of the car looks like the kitchen table will be out of action for a while lol
Cheers andy
