Hello,

my name is Marcel,

Togheter with a friend of mine are we the owners of that site.

This topic is an overview of the last three years,
May a copy of some other posts on a forum so sometimes the timelines are not correct:

Now lets get back to my ride.

The Corsa is for only sprint / drag purposal

Now we are rebuilding the corsa and we are building a complete new engine.

This time bigger and even better.
This time we are going to build a C20XE with an Eaton M90 Supercharger.
With a lots of nice goodies..

In April 2010 we posted the next update:

Today i fixed the brakes.
Got the brakelines to the back and put in some breakfluid..

Also finisched the first part of wiring.
Tested the wireloom and the most of the fuctions..

Tomorrow i'm going to start at the fuel system..

A little update after a few weeks.

Take the ignition

Go to a workshop where you know the people good and where they have nice CNC machinery.
Let them make a drawing in TopSolid and after a few weeks you get a nice custom made ignition blanking plate.

Also got past week the cradle's for the fuel pumps.

Today i placed the NOS and WM Injection nozzle's
Hell of a job haha

Now only fuel lines and the last part of the electronic..

Today got some parts and build a holder for the battery.
Now only need to drill 2 holes and place 2 bolts.

October 2010:

Mounted the last parts of the fuel system.
and also connected the last NOS line from bottle to solenoid..

Today i will replace the fuel filter and mount the polycarbonat window..

Made some mods on the supercharger, the orginal coupler is junk.

Today tested the functions @ idle:

The strange sound is a alu pipe which is connected to the exhaust. Don't want to have all the dangerous exhaust gas in my garage

In the first week of 2011 we have finished a Vauxhall Corsa with a X18XET engine.

245 HP and 270Nm, a liitle impression you can find on:

past weekend i fitted the flywheel shield and a new link for the shifter.
Now waiting for a new MAP Sensor

Very interesting, infact not since the koenigsegg granada have I seen such a well documented build.

Well some years are past now.
We have done a lot of fine tuning, repairing..

Now we run a 11.4 @ 193km/h with only 340HP on 980 Kilo total weight.
