I have a DTA S40 pro and a newly rebuilt and upgraded S14 engine in my E30 BMW. I'm looking for a start map. Anyone?

You should actually be able to start that engine with most of an S50B30 engine map. Just change the crank angle and engine specifics to match. Its a 16v head so it is very similar to that of the M50/S50 24v units.

The S14 doesn't have a usable crank trigger pattern. You will need to install one.
If you install a 36-1 crank trigger disc, the Ford Zetec map on the ECU should start the engine, as long as you adjust the Sensor Angle to match your install.

I have complete maps from my S14 that will start and run your S14.
You'll still need to fine tune the maps to your set up, but you are welcome to the maps.
I was running a fully built 2.5 with cams, intake, big injectors....

Hey Jeff - noticed your start fueling map falls off hard over 104F - do you have any trouble starting the car hot? Just curious! Is this a map you actually race on/drive on or is it to get around and start from?
