Hi I am looking at fitting a boost control solenoid to Hart Turbo engine which was set up with manual control valve it was running on an E48 but that went wrong we are currently fitting an S60 ECU.
Firstly it looks like I can open the map in Swin so should be able to load that into the ecu?
Secondly can I just turn on some things in the software an set the max pressure or do I need to go back to a dyno and get it mapped again?

Re: Turbo boost control solenoid
You can import the map across to the S Series, but as it's a fairly big change it would be foolish to run the engine hard without ensuring everything is ok.
And what are you referring to by just turning things on ?
All aspects of control need tuned correctly for each engine.

The map will transfer fine.
You can set the overboost, but the ECU will just hard cut the engine if that value is breached, so you'll need to get it mapped.
