You have a good clean cam signal.
You have a single cam pulse, so use mode 0. Mode 26 is only for multiple cam teeth.

The value in the sequential settings isn't correct. It's not the tooth number shown on the scope, it's the angle in Diagnostic Display. As you're only using it for sequential injection, it doesn't need to be too accurate.
Run the engine as you have it now in mode 0, and make sure the diagnostic display has a Y next to the sequential injection value. It should then read 25/xxx above that, where xxx is the cam sensor angle.
