looking for pug 8v xu map for bodies.

Post by welshpug »

as title suggests, looking for a map that will help myself and a friend get started.

Both 1.9's, with Jenvey's.

My friend has an S60 ECU, 11 ish compression, Newman PH3 cam.

I have S40, standard 9.6 compression, PT36 cam.

Bring on the trumpets, and the joy of Bwarp.

are either of you wired up ready to go?

you can get the ecu to try and recognise the crank signal with the crank oscilloscope feature.

once thats in, basic setting in general engine settings need to be filled in.

what size are the injectors?

My friend has a Sandy Brown loom ready to go, I'm just doing mine as we speak!

We both have Weber IW204's, 265cc, purely because they have a very good spray pattern and are very readily available to us pug lot from the 306 gti6 engines, all serviced ready to flow :D

Both running standard Peugeot 60-2 flywheels, missing tooth is 114.5 deg iirc.
