Hey Kev, why have you got Injector Dead Time of 0ms in the GenSet? It doesn't make any difference as long as you use BattComp table, or does it? I have 0.96 set in there.

If the Battery comp table is enabled, it over-rides the General Engine settings number.

That injection angle is really -307. That cam sensor position is in the wrong "turn". Probably it should be -270. It works with those numbers also but if you ad fully seqvential ignition system it fires no. 6 when it sould fire no.1...

VW vary the injection angle with rpm, so it doesn't matter what number you use in the context of the DTA because it's fixed unless you use the injection angle 20x14 table.

Cams, intakes and injectors alter the optimum angle, but thanks for the info. Do you happen to know the right numbers for the 24V VR6, BDE/BDF and BUB/BDB?

The problem with these settings is it's very hard to find the information and the people who do know it won't share it.....

I ment that angle 53 that you have in your "Sequential and Fan Control Map" is really that -307.

Sorry if I understood something wrong, my technical english is not very good.

I only have measured and tested numbers with 12v aaa/abv.

Ah thanks, I understand now. I will try my R32 engine with the same angle initially...
