Hello all
I was wondering if anyone could help me I am looking for a map or base map
for a vauxhall Xe 2.0 on throttle bodies I intend to use it on a S40 ECU any help would be greatly appreciated.

well I will be purchasing one within the next couple of weeks and I guess that the
DTA software that comes with it has a base map on? Thats great! I was assuming that the ECU'S arrived blank or with nothing I really appreciate the advice.

They are sort of blank. Just download the software !

And once again I find it mind boggling that someone would be buying an ecu without even having looked at the tuning software !

I assume this engine is for a Pilbeam hill climb car, therefore unlikely to be using a less than 250bhp engine and it will need a propper map from a bespoke dyno sesion, the notes for the included map indicate that the injectors are too large, therefore treat the map with caution as if used with smaller injectors the map will be weak.
As steve says, download the software and have a play, the S40 will be able to do all you need for a hill climb car, just no traction or data logging. Make sure that you wire in the launch rpm knob and switches etc. good on a hill climb car.
I'd be more than happy to help with settings if you doing the midland hills this year?
