BMW v8 would be allowed wouldn't it, used in the L322.

DTAd, i keep hassling alex, he keeps saying no xD or atleast not yet
and bacause i am a geek i know the statement as regards using other engines.
"alternative engines may be used if they were sold from factory as standard."
this means a friend of mine has a 2.4 puma engine in his 1984 'fender, but sadly the BMW engine was only ever in the L322.
that said, the L322's are getting very cheap now. turning one of those into a angry offroader would be a hoot
