They are wired as seq. Cyl 1 as op1 ,cyl 8 as op2 and so on
Fused 12v to + and op's to -
That should work with twinspark right?
Can these big coils be to much?

Re: S80pro ignition problem (cam and crank)
I have no clue what coils you are using to say anything.
But it sounds like they are regular 2 wire inductive coils and it sounds like they are wired correct.
And yes if they are wired in firing order, sequentially with twin spark enabled they will work correctly to allow the engine to run.
You still need to tell the ecu where the trailing edge of the missing tooth is on the 36-1 wheel BTDC
Still unclear about the coil test though as you seem to say all plugs do not fire correctly ?
the test will see all plugs fire with rising frequency, ie from a low rpm to high, then this repeats
Does this happen ? Is there a good spark ?
Battery voltage during cranking sounds ok.

Are these the coils you are using?
http://www.biltema.no/no/Bil---MC/Bilre ... 000017983/
If so, then I assume you have them connected to the coil still?
Is that correct?

Re: S80pro ignition problem (cam and crank)
In coil test mode they all fire .
Yes i use those coils.
Last question i didnt understand sorry.
When i have the engine in tdc
The gap have passed the sensor 7 theeths.
So i did set it at 70
Is there any more i need to set?
A collum i missed somewhere my map is attached earlier.
And if i set it wrong shouldnt it fire in wrong place every time?

Re: S80pro ignition problem (cam and crank)
In desperation i wired up the ditributor
Engine fired up instantly and idled fine.
So that rules out the crank iguess.
And it shows that im right on target with general settings
Right?
But why doesnt it go with the separate coils?

Re: S80pro ignition problem (cam and crank)
If all coils fire good sparks during a test.
And the engine runs with a single coil and dizzy ( you could verify missing tooth position with a timing light while it is running )
It sounds like you do not have the coils wired correctly.
What ecu pin do you have each coil wired to ?

Those coils appear to have power, ground and an HT lead.
Please show a picture with the distributor cap on.

Re: S80pro ignition problem (cam and crank)
Wiring looks to be correct with your firing order.
Upload your map ( again )
And "No" you do not have a distributor fitted in general engine settings...just in case you have that selected.

Re: S80pro ignition problem (cam and crank)
Im going with the dizzy for now .engine works now
I have a good idle that's how far ive come.
A freeze plug started to leak so im back from that now.
