Tuning for the first time :D S80
Re: Tuning for the first time :D S80
Also I tried map v rpm for the fueling table, and found it a pain in the arse to keep it running, and hard to start too.

Any badly tuned table will cause bad running or starting.
And yes, that would be a better place for air temp.

To do the ignition correction table... ideally tune the vaccuum (tps) map first. So, jam wastegate open and disconnect intake pipe from turbo. tune ignition table, then add boost and tune the correction table... it's a pain but in theory makes a nicer map. In practice it may not be noticeable. The DTA manual says to set correction maps then tune main tables, but unless you have an idea of how much timing you need to pull versus boost, that's not overly helpful.
Fueling with TPS and MAP corretion is nicer though (esp. multi-throttle bodies).
