Hi all
I have an e48 ecu and I'm currently trying to find a Zetec base map to load in to get the engine up and running
I've used the search function and have read that the software contains 3 x Zetec files but i can't find them.
Could somebody please direct me
Thankyou for any reply
Steve

Re: Zetec base map location
RTFM - Read the manual!
As you are using older software DTAwin I don't think the later is compatible, but you should be able to copy the settings over by hand from DTASwin
in dtaswin Go to File/Open(upload from disc) and you will see a file structure with 3 Zetec maps,
Single click on file name will tell you more about the detail.
Double click will load that file into the offline pc for you to view.

Re: Zetec base map location
You would probably need to copy them over from SWin, if I open DTAWin on my computer there are no Zetec files....ecu probably just too old for that to have been included
Re: Zetec base map location
Yes the DTAWin is too old and doesn't have the Zetec map in it but you can load a map into the E48 from SWinstevieturbo wrote:You would probably need to copy them over from SWin, if I open DTAWin on my computer there are no Zetec files....ecu probably just too old for that to have been included
Re: Zetec base map location
yeah, its quite easy, file manager and drop your chosen file from the new dtaswin to your old version folders.
