Absolutely correct! all the injectors can be wired in parallel as long as high resistance ones but a distributor is required for the sparks.
Also E48,s are all very old now so not a very good option.

Is the V6 Alfa an even fire engine even? If not you will not be able to use wasted spark so S80 would be the only option.

I think the point being made is 'that with only two ign. outputs there is no chance of running any sort of wasted spark' so uses one output and single coil to plugs via dizzy. Very old skool and inefficient with potential timing scatter from slop in the dizzy mechanicals! A S60 or S80 would be a better solution but seemingly not on the cards.

Yes, 60 degree V, so firing every 120 degrees. Wasted spark is fine, so would require an S60.

I think he's grasped the concept now as he's looking for a used S60 but I don't have one, only new!
