I had asked this question on the other board before it tanked, and there were some good responces, however they are now gone.
I paln to install at the end of my fuel rail, so looking for something small and able to be around high temps, as this is for a 944 turbo.
Thanks
Steve
Fuel pressure sensor reccomendations
Re: Fuel pressure sensor reccomendations
Hello Steve,
I got my pressure transducers from variohm.com
The one I use is the EPT2100 all dimensions and pressures et. are shown on the website.
I wouldn't fit a tranducer direct to the end of a rail because of the vibration, you really need it on a flexible connection.

I use a kavlico transducer (same that AEM uses). It works very well and is very robust - won't get damaged due to vibration which you need to be careful of with cheaper unit.

Thanks Jon,
I looked at their website, but really not sure where to look, if you have any links, that would be great. I was going to try contact tech tommarrow.
Then I will need to fiqure best way to install.

Steve here is the PN# for the AEM part:
http://www.aemelectronics.com/100-psig- ... or-kit-647
I can't find the Kavlico part # direct. Also FJO makes one for a bit less money.

Good sensors that withstand motorsport heat and vibration well.
A friend sent me the link to these yesterday, I haven't tried any but as he's an aerospace instrumentation engineer I more than value his opinion, he reckons they have excellent temperature compensation, and the price is definitely right:
