Certainly looks like a clean usable edge now...but again you'd need to confirm exactly where the trigger threshold is, as it still looks like it's a little shy of both 5v and 0v ?
Or is the DTA scope showing as happy now too ?
Also shows why a proper scope trace is so useful !

The ECU are happy now but there is another problem with interference. I connected Spark plug no 1 and got a major spike as per attached. This is a wasted spark setup therefore two spikes per cycle. I have used isolated wiring on the cam sensor and grounded at the ECU.
The coils are mounted to the sides of the sensor and wires cross over the sensor so not very surprised.
I know that I could noise mask the Cam sensor in the ECU but would like to at least eliminate the interference as far as practically possible.
Any suggestions?

route the wires differently, or at least have them pass at right angles ?
Are you using resistor plugs ?
