Sensor inputs and shift delay

Post by Huxley »

We ate fitting paddle shift to my car and also want to read tand and regulator pressure

Do we have the extra inputs on the S100 or does go into the NT Dash ?

And can the S100 have a delay after a shift to stop any chance of bounce on the paddle selecting the opposite shift if you get my drift, as in going up the box as you let go and hit a bump it wont let it shift down on paddle bounce and accidentally for a few milliseconds?

Cheers Paul

There is a blanking window after the shift to allow for switch bounce and a filter setting (time in ms) to help prevent false activations.

Yes there are 3 spare analogue on s100 inputs that you can use to log bottle pressure and these can be transmitted to the dash on the CAN.

You can use Analogue 1/2/3 for tank/regulator pressure.
I would put them directly to the dash though.

Blanking Window After Cut in Shift Cut is also used for paddle debounce.
