Well I'm at a bit of a loss then, all I can suggest is the crank sensor may be on the way out or a wiring fault of some sort. Can you post a picture of the crank sensor and trigger, I imagine it's at the front of the engine, buried in the bulkhead.

I'm with Robs suggestion of trying a replacement crank sensor. I have seen the signal degrade on a Busa sensor (But it's in a miserable location and is probably the wires rather than the sensor itself). If it's a relativeloy inexpensive model of sensor on your engine or you have one lying around, it's worth a try.

Its a new sensor but this still could be faulty, the wiring has been checked by others and all is meant to be correct , will order a new sensor.

At the slower cranking speed it does seem to be missing a tooth which is confusing it.
0.8mm is a small gap, but can you move it closer as a test ? It's definitely central over the wheel ?
Alex would be able to decode his own scope info better to diagnose, I always prefer to see a proper scope trace as it just shows a better picture.
