Cheers, I'll have a little play when I finish work.

Still not having any luck with this.
It says it's synchronised (goes green when turning over and says attempting to start) can anyone see anything wrong?

If it's staying green, the ECU is seeing the inputs it requires.

Is it still backfiring, either out the exhaust or inlet? If so, you have fuel and spark, just not in the right place.

Upload the Zetec with no Map.map and that should have you close.

Thanks for the reply Alex, I did actually try the zetec with no map last night, I'm thinking I might have my injectors cleaned as they've been sitting a few years, just trying to cross things off the list.

Did you ever get the car running?
