If you have a spare output, and it's simple on/off, then yes

Or as a standalone water injection setup as most are....ecu doesn't matter.

Can use one of the Aux outputs to turn on above XX Boost, but you may have to give up one of the other functions to do this, the Out Put options are -
Aux 4 (fuel pump) - Best to keep this for safety
Aux 5 (shift light)
Aux 6 (Tacho) - probably best option for methanol injection as you can run tacho direct off a coil if not using some sort of dash via CAN or RS232
You will probably have to give up Aux 5 and re purpose as Fan (Aux2) as you will probably need Aux 2 to drive your turbo valve.

Re: water methanol injection. s40
I would be inclined to let the system operate as a standalone with one of the common "progressive" controllers or something of that nature. Do not turn it off/on via the ecu ( unless you have spare outputs )
Add a pressure sensor onto the methanol line, feed that into an analogue input and base any fuel/spark adjustments off this pressure. It allows a pretty decent failsafe should the system not operate as expected.
Obviously you will need to find your normal range of operating pressures on a few runs first to determine what would be good, and bad.
