Hi,
I checked fuel pump voltage(pin10/E48i), "0v"... so will go replace T2i or something.

I don't understand what you are checking!
If the e48 is dead you should see 12v at the fuel pump pin, this 12v will come from the fuel pump relay.
If the e48 is alive you will see 0v (ground) at the ecu for a few seconds once the e48 is turned on. Then revert to 12v
