So basically like Lambda history logging on the DTA ? Although you're doing it totally offline.Jon K wrote:Actually - Megalogviewer supports this sort of. Perhaps I can talk to Phil again. In MLV, you load an MSQ (tune file) and a log, then the log plays and goes by the tune. So it shows the table of spark/fuel next to the datalog and floats a cursor around the map as you go. Somewhat useful. The cooler thing is "VE Analyze" which looks at the fuel table and then looks at actual vs target afr. If actual is 10% leaner than target, it takes total PW and multiplies by 1.10 in the appropriate cell, so you can "auto tune" by analyzing the log files after the fact. Very handy - probably one of the most missed features of MegaSquirt for me.
I'll email Phil.

Yeah like lambda history except after the fact, and offline yup.
It was always very very useful.

Fuel pressure compensation.
Startup ignition compensation, based on coolant temp. (Advance or retard, perhaps a 2x10 table.)

Re: Feature Request thread ( make sticky )
some wishes.. (from a user of DTA since 1997..I feel old)
1. stepper control for idle control of some common tbodies
2. ALS feature enabled to utilise the STC dbw
3. EGT input with compensation maps for it if desired
thx

Re: Feature Request thread ( make sticky )
You can use an Analogue input for EGT and apply compensations based on that.

ohhh really?stevieturbo wrote:You can use an Analogue input for EGT and apply compensations based on that.
please tell me more.
do you mean an egt sensor/gauge combo which can outout a 0-5v type output or the egt probe itself (which only outputs very small voltage so far as i remember)
cheers

Re: Feature Request thread ( make sticky )
Some more technically minded can build their own amp. I have a schematic somewhere too for it, and have probably posted it on the forum before somewhere.
It's easier to buy one of these lol

Fuel pressure compensation.?!
That is available now. Just use an ana channel to do whatever you want.

Oil Temp Display rather than ANA1 volts ?

I think you just need to fill out Ana1 Value (-500.0 to 1000.0) in the Ana 1 set up screen?
