TDC is roughly 11 teeth after the cam signal, so 11 x 12 = 132 is your starting crank sensor angle.
Change to mode 6, enter 12 as number of teeth, and 0 for missing.

There is no way to lock the timing on the S Series. Just take a copy of your map and then set the entire timing table to a fixed value.
