You have a -40% fuel trim applied. Blue is fuel, Red is timing.

That could be it! I will notice next time when I apply changes to the fuel/ignition map.

Interestingly...on real time screen, you can see it has -40% shown in startup.
You must have this setting somewhere in your map.
