I have a gsxr1000 with an s60pro on it and the map isnt correct for it to the point it dosent idle after the startup map. If im connected to it real time view on the laptop what do i look for or how do i tell its out of the start up map to make corrections to the fuel map?

If there is enough air going in it is probably just a case that you need to make sweeping changes to the main fuel table, .
If you view the start fuelling map when starting you will see where the ecu is taking the fuel uplift from in real time and you will see when this stops also.
However its essential that you start from a good hot idle first, waste of time otherwise. Make sure you have set the throttle stops etc. Turn off any idle control. if its stalling its probably weak. for a hot idle you need to set the tps so you end up with about 4 deg of ignition at 1000rpm.
In the live mapping window you can add or remove fuel to find out what the engine needs.

Oh and read the manual.

Ok thanks and when it does idle i have to keep it at 2k idle n above or itll stall out. Does that sound like to much or to little fuel?

could be either...get a wideband on it to see for sure.

Wrong amounts of either will cause improper running.

If I run my bike in closed loop and spray nitrous will the closed loop pick up the readings fast enough to adjust the fuel?

No. Of course everything needs tuned correctly for all modes you will be operating in.

Trying to use closed loop to correct improper tuning...will end in disaster and is the wrong way to do things.

Ok I have a nice tuned base map and a tune for the nitrous map but if I wanted to add 40more hp the close loop would'nt work that way if i set the target?

Please don't run closed loop at WOT and especially not with NOS! Don't have to tell you that NOS without enough fuel kills engines virtually instantly - we had a logger on the drag bike and it showed a 1psi drop in fuel pressure for 0.5 seconds on a run - result was 4 plugs with no noses, two pistons with holes in the crowns and the other two smeared up the bores! The lag on a wideband before it instigates an adjustment could be a similar time! If adding extra NOS - start fat, log it and adjust back.
