Nothing so complicated.

Although your "schematic" doesnt indicate which port numbers you are on, looking at where you've drawn the lines, it does not look correct.

Turbosmart offers clear instructions. They use the commonly used MAC solenoid, not sure if you mentioned what you're using ?

The pipe connections are the same.

I didn t number them sorry. I just scribbled that out of my mind.

At off position the air from comp goes straight to the actuator

At On position the air of the actuator is thrown out. And the air coming from the comp remains blocked .

I will try using a softer spring untill i get what is wrong as suggested by Alex.

Thanks guys
Good evening

And again, from your drawing and the connections on a typical MAC valve...you have yours in a totally different manner than Turbosmarts diagram.

Follow their instructions if you are using a MAC valve.

Hi all,
Today i had some time to fiddle around with the idle control using PID, Is not so complicated if one follows the S series manual. Maybe will try boost controling now. I think the problem with my trials was that you still need a base map. I was trying to do it with out a base map. The PID alters the base value, if base value is 0 then nothing happens.

However why does my turbo PWM on datalogging graph show in tens. I mean If the value is 80% it reads 800.

Thanks guys for all your help.

Glad you're making progress.

Where does the PWM read 800? Real Time Chart, data log download, somewhere else?

It reads 800 on the DTA data log in graph mode , in text mode it is ok.
I think even when opened with erace, it is ok , but i am not sure.

Thanks
