uneven idle

Hi
I have a turbocharged 2.1 Zetec, S40 pro ECU, its been running really well for 3 years, running standard cams, I had to swap out the exhaust cam as it was noisy, after fitting and re-timing the car it now idles a little uneven, revs fluctuate between 890rpm to around 1125rpm, it's still responsive but just idles unevenly, I've double checked the timing with a dial gauge to get absolute TDC, so wondering whether the ECU may need tweaking, not sure how to upload my Map. It use ignition for idle. Any help would be appreciated otherwise its back to the rolling road...expensive !!
