DTA Dyno Box/Serial Cable -- Schematics and Pictures

As you may know, your DTA supports an external controller that allows you to quickly and efficiently map the ECU using a series of knobs and buttons. Here are the schematics for creating both a HD15 -> DB9 serial tuning cable (straight thru) as well as the HD15 -> Dyno Box w/ DB9 pass thru (for hooking up laptop at the same time, which you want).

the pots used are they the continuos type or 360 degree ?

I think the ones I used are about 270deg. They definitely arent over 360 anyway

yes, normal 270 degree ones, 4.7K or 10K is ideal, must be "linear" not "Log" ones, also remember that the switches are "break" not "make", very important!

the flash programming button must it be a n/o or n/c button ?
