Tried the box today, i could only get + - 8% on fuel, and even less in "fine tuning" Gonna play a little more wit it tomorrow.

What ohm should i see when turning fuel knob max clockwise ? between pin 7 and 8 or 7 and 12 or is it between 12 and 8 ?

10kohm pot

The actuial pot doesn't really matter, it is a potential divider you are making, the output should see almost 0v one end and 5v the other end of the scale.
the pot track needs ground one end and 5v the other, the signal is taken off the wiper.

The pot will matter in as much as is it a single turn pot, or multiple turns to achieve any target ?

I know the ones I used require around a single full turn, although I' sure I recall them wanting to be 4.7k ?

From my notes, these are what I used.

Ok thanks :)
They are regular 270 degree.
Didn't get to play with that today, had some fuel pump problems, so i am making some changes...

yes, the voltage at pin 6&7 should vary 0 to 5v when you twiddle the pots, sounds like you just have the pot wired up wrong.

Problem solved :) it was in fine tuning, somehow it didn't always change when clicking on it, but seems to be fine now :) Thanks :D

I have another problem regarding the aux channels, but i can make a new tread in General for that

And not forgetting as per DTA's pinout schedule that flash programming switch goes between pin 8 and 13 of the 15pin connector.
