It is. That with different colours for tuned and stored maybe, per currently. Or actually, toggle as you say will work, to see spread and also the tuned cells.
I like it.

Re: DTASwin rewrite
Looks AWESOME and MODERN!Alex DTA wrote:Progressing, although slower than I'd like. However, it's now a complete rewrite from the ground up, so it's going to take a while. There is 20 odd years of code to go through!
Anyway, sneak peak of the sort of thing we're doing. No where near finished, but I figured you'd like to see roughly where we're headed.
LOL - but seriously, super excited.

RE the colours.
Loving it! makes it much easier to spot any randomness floating about

Re: DTASwin rewrite
Your wish is my command. Well, it is when I can do it easily!!
The graph is added, and mostly working. I tried to make the table colours match the graph. That didn't go so well.
The graph can be rotated on either axis using the sliders. Single points can be grabbed and dragged up and down: Multiple points can be selected: And dragged: It will be possible to interpolate on the graph as well, using the same selection.
When points are dragged/interpolated, the table automatically update.
That should keep you all going for a bit!

Re: DTASwin rewrite
easy interpolation of one row, one column or multiple columns, any number of selected cells in either x or y plane is very helpful.
Only being able to do a single row at a time on the old software was a little annoying.
Likewise no ability to simply highlight/select cells and perform +/- functions on the block of cells ( or indeed any other maths function. ( yes I know F5 and all that but it was a slower process than it could/should be )

Re: DTASwin rewrite
Awesome! Looks great - I used to adjust the table on MS using the graph when autotune would leave a flat spot. Anxious for that again. One other thing that is problematic for me - the corrections function of DTA only applies to MAP1. I run out of MAP2 based on the logic of my "failsafe" mechanism in Aquamist controller. So, I have to constantly apply corrects to MAP1 then move MAP1 to MAP2 figures, and then restore MAP1. Ugh!

Yep, any correction tables should apply to the map currently in use...or have 2 separate correction tables relevant to each map
Re: DTASwin rewrite
Wow, yeah looking good there alex! makes it soooo much easier to rear at a glance.
yeah selecting multiple cells and being able to Alt up and down would be seriously handy!

Re: DTASwin rewrite
Glad it's being well received.
Jon, noted. I'll add that to the to do list.
I've had a couple of queries about the mapping functionality. That will not change, and will continue to work as it currently does. The rewrite is to bring the code in to a newer platform, and add visual improvements, and hopefully remove small niggles.
One of the best features of the current software is it's usability, and I'm going to make sure that stays the same.
