i had the opportunity to play around a lot last days with the new firmware and software...for me the worst problem was the bars on main maps...i couldnt tune with that style in the streets

the new crosshair its much much better than the bars but not totaly perfect as this, also the afr dial, i think a good idea is to be just a huge number without the dial and a tiny number in it

i am at 1040 rpm and becomes green at 900 rpm box, beacause 1040 is almost in the middle of 900 and 1100 but whats the point of that ??

the point is to become green when i am at the center of the rpm that i have set in the left columum

also map sensor readings is 39, almost 40, it becomes 40 sometimes as it is a bit bumpy but still doesnt become green at all...

i am missing something here ?

Most of the features you're trying to use where you target a specific site etc...are intended for steady state tuning on a dyno.

if you are not in a position to hold load sites exactly via a dyno....dont try.

I think the tolerance band is set here.

With interpolation off, the ECU will notify you when you are in the middle of each block, based on the settings Rob has highlighted above. You will get the green blocks when you are within these limits.
If you are mapping, interpolation must be off.

If it's on, the ECU assumes you are not mapping and simply driving, so the cross hairs move to each cell as soon as the threshold is breached.

I plan to modify the cross hairs, they are not clear enough.

that make sense, thank you all three of you for the answers...

and yes it would be great to have some better crosshair design

*i wanna say that if all this info was in manual then it would be easier to find them directly

**i just notice that rob's infos was on help page in the software not in manual that i used to read...

Yes, I need to update the manual on the website to match the software. I'll do that now before I forget again, and get lost in all the emails from the last two weeks
