OK, it's nothing to do with the maps, I just reproduced it when I was navigating around.
However, as you say, it's a bit random. Will look at it properly during the week.

Any other problems yet? I know we tested a lot, but this is going a bit too well.

Another test to try:
Take a map, and upload it to an ECU using the old software.
Then connect with the new software, and save the file.
Then upload the original file using the new software, and download it again using the old software.

Send me all three maps, so I can compare them automatically.

Will there be a map compare function integrated in the new software.
What i mean: you connect to the ecu, land open the ecu loaded file, you click on a compare menu/buton/function, u choose an file from your computer, and the software shows the differences in a highlighted colour.

just downloaded the new software, it looks pretty awesome compared to the older versions :D

I'm not connected to my car to play around fully , but I've loaded a map up offline so i can have a browse around to kill some time at work

Quick one - is the lambda gauge on the real time info meant to have litres on it?

Cant remember what the old said, but i dont that was on it

I'd love to, but we'll get everything else done first.
Shift Cut this week, then Real Time Mapping so it's actually useful.

I'd love to as it looks to have the coloured graphical interface I wanted but................ as it doesn't work with XP i'm buggered in that respect! This lappy is old and slow but its reliable, has serial port and copes with all the motec, DTA and megasquirt files i've accumulated - the Moted M8 files still run under DOS !
