VW 4 wire coils

has any one got a pin out for the VW coils

pin 1
pin 2
pin 3
pin 4

I believe there's two earths power and trigger from ECU

Pin 1 = 12V
Pin 2 = PGND
Pin 3 = Signal
Pin 4 = Local GND

Local GND is on the cam cover.

pin 2=PGND where would you ground it back to the ECU ground ?

Yes you need to take it back to pin 13/14 on the ECU power connector.
