can I use 1 and 2 for inner and 6 and 7 for outer 2 on each as I need 9 and 10 for gear change?

But that doesn't make sense as I'm sure I didn't make any wiring changes when I moved from s80 to s100 but it was few years ago.

Not quite.

Inner injectors go to outputs 1-4
Outer injectors go to outputs 5-8. You can still blend these in then.

You can still use 9 and 10 for paddle shift.

Alex, I checked the s100 wiring diagram before responding to Andy and it clearly states 1-5 and 6-10
But as I mentioned I dont recall making any changes from s80 to s100 so something needs correcting

I was actually going to respond similar to Alex...but waited as was unsure.

I actually got the impression years ago that say if it was a 6 cyl car...it might be outputs 1-3, and then 4-6 for example.

for my V8, 1-4 then 5-8

And I'd guess 10cyl, 1-5, and 6-10 ?

ie, they actually moved with numbers of cylinders ? Although I think the P8 had fixed wiring ?

Or maybe I'm waffling.
