Ok I'm wiring the fuel pump on a relay etc from the ecu and just wanted to know if this was the rite way ....4 prong relay

30 from relay goes to fused 12volt positive battery
85 goes to pin ecu
86 goes to ground chassis
87 goes to positive side of fuel pump
And then I ground the other side of fuel pump wire to chassis??

Is that way correct?

30 12v
86 12v
87 to fuel pump other side of pump to ground
85 to ECU fuel pump pin

Hope a schematic will help
Power side:
30 12v with a fuse to battery
87 to fuel pump other side of pump to ground
Command side:
86 12v from a switched feed
85 to ECU fuel pump pin

All AUX output gives a ground when activated except AUX 5 that output a 12v signal
