You can get numbered wires in some multicore cables if that's any use ?

The typical control cables, screened type. 0.75, 1.0, 1.5mm^2 etc, grey outer sheath and your chosen number of cores + earth. They have numbers along their length to identify the cores.

Not sure where you'd buy actual singles though

Have you tried places over there that make wiring looms ?

Speedscene wiring, Painless, Spaghetti, DIY Autotune etc etc ?

Single colour wires in a bundle / loom are a PITA to fault find if anything goes wrong.
Whats against multi colours and tracers?
