Where they cleaned and flow tested ?
If not I'd be very cautious about using them

And ensure proper filtration for the job in hand.

Unfortunately not, the only tools we have on site was the ultrasonic cleaner and a home made spray test rig.

We only have one set, as all the previous sets we used have slightly different bodies, so not compatible with the current intake/fuel rail setup.

had a look on ebay to find another set, but most come with fuel carb setup etc, and nothing brand new able to find with the denso part number etc so for now we just have to use what we have.

Given you're saying 1 injectors topped working entirely....I would not be using those injectors on any engine until you know they all flow as they should. That's just asking to blow the engine up.

If you've built an injector test rig, it's not much more work to put a graduated cylinder under it and measure over x number of pulses @ a defined ms and duty. Just to make sure they are within a few percent.

could be a little late for that now. alot of teams are already rolling down to silverstone.
