Hi.
Can someone help with how to enable / set up Map2 and the switch on the S80Pro so it will be possible to switch between Map 1 and 2 ?
Cheers

Re: Activating Map2 and switch function
Connect a switch between sensor ground and pin 15.
Go to MAP2/ALS Parameters and check the Control On option, and the Always Activate When Switch On option.
Then set up the primary and secondary maps.
That's it.

Re: Activating Map2 and switch function
Is it sensor ground pin 21 or 33 I shall use? From the wiring diagram I assume it is pin 33 ?

It doesn't matter which ground pin, they are common.

Thanks Rob
Then just one final question: can I switch between map one and two on the fly or must the ignition be off?

Re: Activating Map2 and switch function
Thanks a lot
It seemes I have one more question. My ECU is placed under the driver seat and I want to mount the switch on the dashboard. That means that the total lenght of cable from ECU to the switch and back will be approx 400-460cm long. What gauge size will I have to use?
Cheers

Re: Activating Map2 and switch function
It carries no load, for sensor cables lately I've been using 0.35mm^2, but you could use heavier if it is more convenient.
