I'm trying to start a 2007 Honda CBR600RR engine, I'm using the standard Formula Student Map, attached via Google Drive link.https://drive.google.com/file/d/13WS-OJ ... sp=sharing
Unfortunately, I am having a tough time trying to synchronise the engine and S60 ECU. I have gathered the crankshaft oscilloscope data
and have attempted to synchronise the engine multiple times, but each time it fails to sync.
I have also attached the General Engine settings
I have tried changing flywheel modes and Teeth count.
Can anyone advise me on what to do? Could the Cam sensor be faulty or the sensor position be wrong?

Looks like you have good signal, a 3 point cam sensor and 12 tooth crank trigger. It may be you have an odd cam configuration, send that trace to Alex at dta to confirm. I'm not sure you have a cam trigger like the one in the manual on page 6?
Re: Synchronisation Issues Honda CBR600RR 2007
I've sent them to Alex and he's come back to me saying that the settings are correct, but synchronisation still isn't happening so I was wondering if anyone else would have some ideas as to why it wouldn't synchronise.
It just seems weird that although everything is reading correctly it just isn't able to sync.

Also what manual are you referring to?
