Do you get any signal at all on the secondary outputs ? ie 4-8 ?

sounds like 4-6 are really not working when the engine is running, so just to double check.
I think outputs 7 and 8 would be a repeat of 1 and 2 on the S80
One Coil Per Plug = No
Number of Cylinders = 6
Flywheel Mode = 0
Twin Spark = Yes
External Coil Amps = Yes
Sequential Active = No

I can't think of any other setting issues.

I don't think twin spark should be set to yes, acording to the manual thats only if you have 2 plugs per cylinder or have i missread that?

No it isn't. It's if you wish to use the second set of ignition outputs, for whatever reason. It should be enabled.

It is used if individual coils are used with no cam sensor, as is the case here.
