NT Dash setup

I want to setup my NT Dash and the "Instruction manual" says I need to first load the default screens
The manual says its on a the CD I got no CD
Or in the software zip file I cant find it on there
Any help would be appreciated

I got the folder from DTA it now works well just the logging to sort out.
I need a licence to use it but its not in a hurry to find me

Does any one know te best way to delete logs from the NT dash
I can download the logs ok and make sence of them but dont want to delete the wrong thing
I can find a log folder in the dash ok
