data logging issues

Using an s80 ecu and using megalog viewer for analysis and am having issues with the readings.

I have set the throttle stops and saved map

I am recording Throttle position, rpm, fuel pressure, lambda, air and water temp.

The issue I am getting is that I know I have been using more that 40% throttle and more than 3500rpm but the log is only recording those figures.
The lambda is logging at around 0.85 and the temps are recording as the gauges are reading.

I have checked the throttle stops and they are still as saved

Why would the tps and rpm be so inaccurately logged? Is it something i am doing in megalog?

Please answer in terminology the village idiot can understand
