T8+ paddle shift setup info / traction and launch control

Hi all

Looking for some help on any recommended setup settings to operate the paddle shift side of things, gearbox is a Hewland FTR using a MME actuator , all attached to a vauxhall 2.0L

Also any starter setting for traction and launch control,
Car spec is a Dallara f302 hill spec 300bhp

Any info , pointers would be appreciated
