Hi All,
I am considering switching hosts or plans soon and as a result the forum might be down a day or so. I am not decided yet, but I wanted to put the word out so no one is surprised. I have backups of the database daily and all content so no worries about losing stuff like we did when Pyscode went down, but again, just a heads up.
Thanks!
Jon
Alright, successfully moved to new host. We'll see how she performs for about 1/5 the price of the other host!

No prob Steevie - trying to buy a house soon and this current server (though great) is too much @ $50/month. I think I can squeak by with less.

When I google free forum hosting, several hits come up.
It isnt a widely used forum, so bandwidth shouldnt be high ? Arent any of the free hosts any use ?
or are they not really free ?

Hey Stevie - no they really aren't free, and they advertise and they're annoying. You can't control what plugings you run etc and if the free forum ever decides to go away, so does all your info. Anyway, I moved from Liquid Web to Host Gator - $50 vs $9. Let's see how this goes. I moved the database and all so, it should be good to go!
