e48 help

[esccossie]

ive had my car running today and its got a few issues
it will idle ok then suddenly it sounds like the timing has moved and will almost stall
then goes back to running ok
it seems to struggle to rev
although abit later it will rev fine
on computer it keeps flashing up funny messages,although no crank sensor problems
it also keeps reading high pressure faults but I don't have any pressure sensors connected
is it poss my ecu has a fault or a wiring fault?its a dta e48
any help would be great

"funny messages" is a little unspecific.

Anything is possible, but nowhere near enough history or specifics to even suggest a solution !
