S100 ecu - TPS fluctuation

When I calibrate the throttle and then depress the throttle to 100 and then let it return back to zero the throttle goes past zero and reads at 99.
I then re-calibrated again and depress the throttle to full 100% and then back to zero again. Each time the throttle depresses it returns to below zero. Please let me know what I m doing wrong.

Ralph

What values do you see in the Throttle Stops screen?

Hi Alex,
Not sure what you mean.
When the throttle is closed the stop screen has between 36-60 and when fully open it is at 675. I had to adjust the throttle cable so the lower number is higher than 40 when closed and then I re-calibrate and when I open and close the throttle a number of times the values change the throttle then closes past zero to 99.

Hi Ralph

Sorry, I meant what voltages are you seeing in the throttle stops screen?
They're at the bottom. Let me know what they are when the throttle is closed, and also open.
Screenshots would help.

I think the voltage is going below the TPS threshold, so the ECU is using the default value.
