They'll do 700 but that's pushing them ( although maybe some race fuels might see more power, I only ever use pump fuel )
Good call though on 2inj per cylinder, this would negate the need for sequential, but does add the complication of installing the injectors and rails. I opted for that myself, because when I did it, the current modern 1000cc+ stuff wasnt available.
Ive a pair of Siemens 600/660cc per cylinder, or whatever they're rated at.
In this case it sounds like the dizzy already has all that is needed for sequential operation, so doing that would make more sense and be easier.
Also leaves more coil dwell time on the table for high rpm's and sequential firing
